Gluten Free Wraps From Mom
4 Servings
1 Cup Chickpea flour
1 Cup Tapioca flour/starch
2 Tbl Olive oil
1 1/3 Cup Cold water
1 Tsp Basil
1 Tsp Oregano
Salt and pepper, To Taste
Heat a drop of oil in a none stick pan, pour in batter swirling pan to
spread it to the edges. When brown one side carefully slip and brown
the other side. Makes 4. Mom enjoyed them.
